DuraLife Heated Die Stations PLC Machine Control Station Reciprocating Clamp Puller Design Dust Control
Feature a centerline height adjustment and an open die bed design that permits precise positioning of heating mechanisms, insulating, and cooling devices along any side of the die Features a 340 degree swivel pendant display that permits the operator to see and control all process variables from either side of the machine. This feature is especially convenient for the operator during start-up. The moet versatile manufacturing system in pultrusion processing. Even multiple cavities of different sized and shaped profiles can easily be run together using this style puller system. Clamp pressure is adjustable and separate from pull load pressure reducing the incidence of cracking profiles. Saw is vented for dust evacuatioin to your plant's dust collection system.

Die Mounting System Process Status Lights Stainless Steel Top Clamp/Puller Unit
Allows the operator to move the die side to side and above or below the product centerline. Front and rear mounts can be adjusted independently to offset product warp and bow. Round mounting bars create a single tangent contact reducing thermal drain on the die. Lights signal to the machine operator whether the machine is in the: running mode, programmed pause, or full process stop mode. A stainless steel top the width of the product envelope runs the length of the machine for ease of cleaning. Steel mesh guards keep operator's hands safe from the clamping action yet allow full visability of the clamping action.

Resin Impregnation Stations Interactive Touch Screen PLC Controls Multi-Zone Temperature Control Automatic, Flying Cut-Off Saw
Optional stainless steel pans and drip trays designed for ease of cleaning. Martin Pultrusion also offers resin dip baths, straight through baths and resin injection systems designed for the specific profiles you need to produce. Features an 8 hour trending display for process temperature and pull force. Alarm events are time-tagged to assist manufacturing supervisors with identifying process problems. A modem permits Martin Pultrusion to diagnose any machine parameter variation. There are 4-6 heating zones, depending on machine size. Temperature control is provided with thermocouple placement within the die. Temperature is displayed for each zone and an 8-hour trend is plotted and displayed. Travels with the profile and returns to its home position after the cut. Dust is easily collected to your plant system from a conventional-sized port on the side of the saw.
